Enrollment in Access to Care has increased by 51% since the last year.
Due to the current weak employment situation, Access to Care has enrolled as many people as their funding will allow.    Illinois State Funding has been reduced and is currently not in the State budget.
As a result, they are accepting new applications on a waiting list.
As funds are available, applicants will be notified.
