There is a large card, which slips into a magnetized, bright red pocket for prominent display on your refrigerator and ready accessibility to EMTs. A smaller one, for carrying in your wallet or purse, can assist
hospital emergency staff. The cards contain space for emergency contacts, doctors’ names, medical conditions, medications, surgeries, allergies, medical insurance information, etc., and Palatine Township is pleased to be offering them free of charge to our residents.
